Zac Fang currently is the First Company Artist of Queensland Ballet.
Zac started dancing when he was four. After graduating from Beijing Dance Academy in 2012, he won the first prize of the 3rd Beijing International Ballet Competition.
Following an outstanding performance in the Youth America Grand Prix competition, he won a full scholarship to study at The Australia Ballet School for 2 years.
Zac Fang started work with Queensland ballet in 2014. During his time with the company, he has danced many major and leading roles, including 'Jester' in Ben Stevenson's Cinderella, Ben Stevenson's 'La Esmerelda grand pas de deux', 'Bluebird pas de deux' in Greg Horsman's The Sleeping Beauty, 'Snow prince' in Ben Stevenson's The Nutcracker, 'Benvolio' in Sir Kenneth MacMillan's Romeo and Juliet, 'Escamillo' in Carlos Acosta's Carmen, 'The Waltz pas de deux' in George Balanchine's Serenade.
